As part of the transition of NEC’s cloud communications business to Intermedia, on February 17, 2025, the branding of your UNIVERGE BLUE account will, for certain elements of your service, be updated to the “Intermedia Unite” branding.
IMPORTANT: Starting on February 17, 2025, please take the following actions:
- New Login Page for Administrative Account: To access the Control Panel for your account, please start using the following new login page: https://cp.intermedia.net/ControlPanel/Login?ClientType=ControlPanel
- New 2FA Mobile App: If you currently use the UNIVERGE BLUE PROTECT app with “push notifications” or “one-time code” as your two-factor authentication method (2FA) when accessing the Control Panel for your account, please install and register the following new 2FA mobile app: Intermedia VeriKey (for iOS and Android).
NOTE: If you use SMS or Voice calls as your 2FA method, you do not need toinstall or register the new 2FA app.
- New Login Page for WebFax: If you use WebFax service and log into your WebFax account directly via https://fax.univerge.blue/login/ or
https://portal.univerge.blue/voice/, please start using the new WebFax login URL: https://cp.intermedia.net/ControlPanel/Login?ClientType=Voice
Note: Login to WebFax through the Control Panel will continue working as normal.
Within your Control Panel, you will see Intermedia Unite-branded names for the various services: For example, Intermedia Unite (formerly UNIVERGE BLUE CONNECT), AnyMeeting (formerly MEET), SecuriSync (formerly SHARE), and Contact Center (formerly ENGAGE). These service license names will also be updated in your invoices and billing reports.
Just as importantly, here’s what is not changing at this time: The desktop and mobile apps through which you and your users use the services will continue to be branded as NEC UNIVERGE BLUE, and they will continue to function as they always have. We plan to eventually rebrand those applications, but not at this time. We will reach out again with details and instructions when those applications will be rebranded.
