The Telecommunications industry has evolved, in some cases regressed e. g. customer services and follow through are challenges for many companies in the industry. American Telephone has been the exception. They have consistently maintained their focus - providing 24x7 services at the highest levels. I do not provide many positive reviews for carriers or business partners these days, but I am confident that if you move or expand Telecommunication services to American Telephone, you will have similar success stories to share. They are more than a vendor, they are an extension to our Telecom team

As our older phone system started failing and we needed to upgrade, we looked at options to see which was the best upgrade option. After seeing what American Telephone had available to replace our system and what features we would have – it was clearly the best choice for us. Along with the amazing system and features, their customer service is exceptional. If we encounter something, a quick call will give us the answer or they will assist us in making the changes we need. Tami has been amazing with helping us utilize our phone system to meet our needs and the entire support team is great to work with.
