Effective January 1, 2024, our rates will change for customers who do not have a maintenance agreement with American Telephone.
Maintenance customers receive priority dispatch. Maintenance customers also receive reduced labor rate and do not pay a trip charge for adds, moves, and changes on -site. All remote work is at no charge.
- Tickets handled remotely = $85 per hour
- Arizona (on site ) = $120 per hour
- Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas = $45 trip charge
- Travel over an hour = $75 per hour round trip
- California (on site) = $145 per hour
- Los Angeles, San Diego, Palm Springs, San Francisco, and Tahoe metropolitan areas = $55 trip charge
- Travel over an hour and outside the above-listed areas = $75 per hour round trip
- Nevada (on site) = $120 per hour
- Las Vegas and Reno = $45 trip charge
- Travel over an hour = $75 per hour round trip
